Software that adds up.

Apps, analytics and AI agents built around your operation. We automate your processes and turn your data into decisions: from idea to production in under 4 weeks.

Every hour of your team can add more value to your business.

Copying data, exporting reports, living in Excel, forwarding emails: none of that grows your business.

We turn that repetitive work into systems that automate the process, so your people get back to what matters.

What sets us apart is how we get to value:

  • fast
  • with AI at the core
  • with quality that holds up in production

We don't ship software. We drive value for your business.

  • Startup speed: From idea to rollout in weeks. You start Monday with a problem and within weeks you have an app in production, not an endless demo. We iterate with you: something working every week.
  • AI at the core: AI-native, not AI-added. We don't bolt a chatbot onto a legacy system. We design with AI at the core: agents that act, data that decides and processes that run on their own.
  • Built to last: Enterprise quality. A modern, secure and maintainable stack. What we ship scales and holds up: big-company solidity, without the bureaucracy or the timelines.
  • Value you can measure: Measured by outcomes. We don't charge for features, we solve problems. Success is your process running and your team freed up, not a list of closed tickets.

Hi. I'm SAM.

The sumar.ai assistant. It lives inside your apps, answers questions about your business and gets things done for you.

  • Lives in your apps. One tap and it's there, without leaving the screen. On your computer or your phone.
  • Knows your business. Ask it anything: orders, stock, this month's margin or who hasn't paid. It answers with your data.
  • Gets things done for you. It doesn't just answer: it acts. Ask it for an invoice and it issues it, emails it and records it.
  • Joins the apps you already have. No need to start from scratch: SAM plugs into the apps you already use. If you already work with Sumar, you just need to turn it on.

Connect your app to everything you already use.

Your app talks to your tools: WhatsApp, Claude, Google, Microsoft, ARCA and more. Data flows between them on its own, and AI works with all of it together.

  • WhatsApp: Orders that come in over WhatsApp land in your app automatically.
  • Claude · MCP: Query and run your app from Claude, with an MCP connector and your permissions.
  • Gmail: Invoices that arrive by email are read with AI and entered automatically.
  • Google Sheets: Your spreadsheets get imported and synced: no more copy and paste.
  • Google Drive: Documents and files organized, one click away from your app.
  • Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams and SharePoint: automatic emails, alerts and files.
  • Excel: Import your Excel files just as they are: the app understands them.
  • Power BI: Your Power BI dashboards, brought into a living app with AI.
  • ARCA: Electronic invoices with CAE, issued from your app.
  • Mercado Libre: Your Mercado Libre sales, turned into reports.
  • ChatGPT: The AI you prefer, inside your app: Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
  • Gemini: AI models picked for each task, without locking you into just one.
  • Your ERP / API: If your system has an API, we connect it to your app.

Your app, inside Claude.

With an MCP connector, you ask Claude about your business and it queries your app, with your permissions.

Case studies: Results you can measure.

Kautapen Group — From a spreadsheet per lodge to one single operation.

Hospitality · 5 countries. Fishing and hunting lodges in five countries that tracked sales, stock, maintenance, restocking, cash, expenses and income in each lodge’s own spreadsheets. Today it all lives in one platform, and the app does the checks.

A web platform, in Spanish and English, where each lodge logs its sales, stock, maintenance and restocking requests, cash, expenses and income, and the group sees everything consolidated instantly. It adds AI invoice reading, a kitchen module with the cost of every recipe and a live dashboard with the pulse of the group.

The problem: Every lodge with its own spreadsheets, and the week on hold waiting for sign-off.

Each lodge kept sales, stock, maintenance, restocking, cash, expenses and income in its own spreadsheets. Checking and consolidating all of it cost the group a huge number of hours, and errors surfaced late.

  • Decentralized spreadsheets. Each lodge logged sales, stock, maintenance, restocking and cash its own way, in its own file.
  • Hours of checks. Reviewing and cross-checking every lodge’s data took up much of the admin team’s time.
  • Unnormalized data. Messy data in different formats: building a reliable dashboard was nearly impossible.
  • Closings that took days. Bookkeeping took days, and each lodge had to wait for accounting’s weekly sign-off before logging the next week.

The solution: Everything centralized, normalized and automated.

One platform for every lodge: each piece of data is entered once, in the same format, and the checks that used to take hours now run on their own.

  • Guest & group sales. Check-in and check-out, guest charges, pending payments and group invoicing, entered once.
  • Stock per lodge. Inventory movements and control for each lodge, consolidated for the whole group.
  • Maintenance & kitchen. Maintenance and restocking requests per lodge, plus recipes with the cost of their ingredients.
  • Automated cash closings. Income, expenses, transfers and currency exchange. Closing compares the calculated balance with the physical one and flags any difference.
  • AI invoices. Reads the tax QR code and, using AI models, fills in the invoice from a PDF or a photo.
  • Live dashboard. With the data already normalized: revenue, guests, active groups and budget vs. actual, in real time.

What changed the most: The app does the checks now.

Administration spent much of its time checking what each lodge entered. Today the app validates every entry, closes the cash registers and flags differences on its own: fewer hours of checks and fewer errors.

  • Automated checks on every entry
  • Cash closings that flag anything that doesn’t add up
  • Errors stopped at the source
  • No waiting for weekly sign-off to keep logging

By the numbers

  • 5 Countries: Every lodge in the group on one platform.
  • 6 Centralized processes: Sales, stock, maintenance, restocking, cash control, and expenses and income.
  • +250 K Normalized records: In a single database, with money totals reconciled to the cent.
  • 5 Currencies: US dollar and the Argentine, Uruguayan, Chilean and Mexican pesos.

OTP Pádel — From Excel and WhatsApp to an end-to-end suite.

App · Sports. A padel tournament organizer that ran everything in Excel, with sign-ups over WhatsApp or through a SaaS that didn’t fit their business. Today they have their own suite: from sign-up to every player’s ranking.

A web suite for OTP’s padel tournaments. Players sign up with a partner, with friends or as a solo player, follow their progress and ranking, and compare themselves with others. Coordinators run every tournament live, collect feedback with forms and surveys, and Punto, the chatbot, answers questions and guides sign-ups.

The problem: Tournaments in Excel and sign-ups all over the place.

Tournaments were run in Excel, and sign-ups came in over WhatsApp or through a generic SaaS that didn’t fit the way OTP works.

  • Tournaments in Excel. Brackets, results and standings built by hand in spreadsheets.
  • Scattered sign-ups. Split between WhatsApp and another platform: pairs, categories and slots were sorted out by hand.
  • A SaaS that didn’t fit. OTP’s rules (categories, combined categories, rankings) didn’t fit a tool built for someone else.
  • Everything over WhatsApp. Questions, notices and confirmations meant answering one conversation at a time.

The solution: Their own suite, from sign-up to ranking.

We built a platform tailored to OTP, for players and coordinators, connected to WhatsApp.

  • Web sign-up. Sign up with your partner or friends, and the app validates gender, category, combined category and slots, with a waitlist.
  • Solo players. No partner? Register as a solo player, get requests and the app frees up the slot in time.
  • Progress & ranking. Every player sees their progress and ranking and compares with others. Three scoring formats and automatic category promotion.
  • Live tournaments. Coordinators run the tournament: automatic schedules and brackets, real-time results and cash management.
  • Feedback, forms & surveys. After every tournament, surveys and forms to learn what worked and what to improve.
  • Punto, the chatbot. Answers questions and guides sign-ups on WhatsApp and in the app, with automatic reminders before every tournament.

What changed the most: Independence to scale.

OTP stopped depending on spreadsheets and on a SaaS that wasn’t theirs. The platform is their own, follows their rules and grows with the business: today it handles more than 2,000 sign-ups a month.

  • Their own rules: categories, combined categories and rankings
  • No dependence on someone else’s tool
  • Ready to add venues, tournaments and formats

By the numbers

  • +150 Tournaments a month: Americano tournaments across venues and categories.
  • +2000 Sign-ups a month: Pairs signed up and validated by the app.
  • +2300 Players a month: Distinct players who play every month.
  • +14 K Sign-ups: From October 2025 to May 2026.

Grupo Gamma — The whole healthcare network, in a dashboard and in Claude.

Health. A healthcare network with six business units: we connected their own dashboard to their data cube, optimizing and documenting every query, and built an MCP so the information lives inside Claude.

A web dashboard connected to the network’s data cube, bringing together the results of a 61-page Power BI report. We reviewed, optimized and documented every query, and built an MCP so the information lives inside Claude: you ask, and it answers with the same numbers as the dashboard.

The problem: The data was there, but it was hard to get to.

The network’s results lived in a huge Power BI report on top of the data cube, with heavy queries and undocumented business rules scattered around.

  • 61 pages, 349 measures. A single Power BI report with 1,282 visuals, hard to maintain and to navigate.
  • Undocumented queries. What each indicator counted was split between SQL queries and formulas, with no single place to check it.
  • Codes that didn’t match. The same site had one code in the database and another in the report.
  • Every question, a new report. Any new question from leadership depended on someone building the report.

The solution: A dashboard on the data cube, and the information inside Claude.

We connected the dashboard straight to the cube, optimized every query, documented it and validated it against the Power BI numbers.

  • Connected to the cube. Optimized queries, pre-computed every night: five years of history load in seconds.
  • Every query, documented. Which table it hits, which filters it uses and which metric feeds each card: written down and checked against Power BI.
  • Care production. 12 modules (inpatient, surgery, clinics, emergency, lab, diagnostics and more), with totals, averages and year-over-year.
  • Wait-time indicators. Wait times, service level and no-shows across six areas.
  • MCP for Claude. Ask Claude about the network’s production and it answers with the same numbers as the dashboard, within each role’s scope.
  • Role-based access. Permissions by module, area and unit, validated against the network’s directory and with two-factor authentication.

By the numbers

  • 61 Power BI pages: Brought into a dashboard connected to the cube, with 1,282 visuals mapped.
  • 12 Production modules: Each with its query reviewed and documented.
  • 5 years Of history: Loaded in the browser in about 3 seconds.
  • 6 Business units: With permissions scoped by unit.

LFPX · La Fábrica del Podcast — A 3D website that puts the project on the map.

Media · 3D Web. Beyond apps, analytics and agents, we build high-impact websites. For this network of seven podcasts we designed a 3D website with animation that gave the project visibility and a home of its own.

The digital home of La Fábrica del Podcast: a 3D website you explore by scrolling, where a neon thread morphs from a sound wave into a microphone and an "on air" sign while it introduces the seven shows. It’s another thing we do: websites that make an impact, with 3D and motion.

The problem: Seven shows with no public face.

Each podcast had its own social accounts and links, and the project had no place of its own that showed it as a network.

  • Messy social accounts. Each show with its own Instagram and Spotify, some shared and some with no account at all.
  • No home of its own. Episodes only on YouTube and Spotify, with no place bringing the project together.
  • Little visibility. Members and sponsors had no showcase for the whole network.

The solution: A website you explore and remember.

We designed and built a 3D website with animation that follows the scroll, and gave the whole project visibility.

  • 3D neon thread. It changes shape as you scroll through five stations: the wave, the microphone, on air, the brand and join in.
  • Animated journey. Every section comes in with its own motion: the site reads like a story.
  • All seven shows. The whole network in one place, each show with its own identity.
  • Streaming-style platform. The second stage: a unified catalog, a custom player and guest profiles.

By the numbers

  • 7 Podcasts: Presented on a single website.
  • 5 Stations: In the 3D journey.
  • 2 days From prototype to live site: To take the 3D website to production.
  • 15 Screens: In the streaming-style platform, the second stage.

Fornitalia — From selling over WhatsApp to their own ERP.

Industry · AR / MX. A commercial oven company that sold and coordinated everything over WhatsApp. We turned that process into a custom mini ERP that now runs their whole operation: quoting, payments, invoicing with ARCA, shipping and installation.

A custom management system for a commercial oven company operating in Argentina and Mexico. It covers every sale end to end, from the quote to the oven up and running, and adds purchasing, stock, treasury, approvals and accounting reports in one place.

The problem: Every sale went through WhatsApp.

Quotes, receipts, payments and shipping coordination lived in WhatsApp conversations. The process depended on each person’s memory.

  • Receipts lost in chats. Quotes, payment receipts and invoices, lost between conversations.
  • No single source of truth. Knowing what was sold, what was paid and what was left to ship meant reconstructing chats.
  • Steps that depended on someone. For example, a gas oven could be delivered without the installation videos.

The solution: A robust process, from quote to oven up and running.

We moved every step of the sale into their own system, with two countries, their currencies and taxes, and e-invoicing integrated with ARCA.

  • Quote builder. Up-to-date prices and stock, discounts and campaigns. If a discount breaks the rules, it goes for approval. The PDF goes out by email or WhatsApp.
  • Payments & ARCA invoicing. Every confirmed payment requests its CAE, with the QR code on the PDF: A, B and C invoices, MiPyME credit invoices and credit notes.
  • Stock in six states. From available to pending shipment, with loans, showroom units and oven swaps.
  • AI purchasing. AI reads the supplier’s invoice and fills in the form; receiving compares what was expected with what arrived.
  • Shipping & installation. Serial number, shipping notice with the waybill, three required videos for gas ovens and a warranty certificate.
  • Treasury, reports & dashboard. Cash registers and closings, 11 exportable accounting reports and a dashboard with the numbers leadership needs.

By the numbers

  • 2 Countries: Argentina and Mexico, with their currencies and taxes.
  • 13 Modules: From contacts to treasury, in a single system.
  • 5 Invoice types: Issued with CAE from the app, plus credit notes.
  • 11 Reports: Accounting and management, all exportable to Excel.

Grupo Zand — From printed paper to payroll ready to go.

Maritime · Sand. A river sand company that ran payroll for its vessels in Excel, from printed sheets of every sand haul. Today the captain logs each trip from the vessel and the data reaches payroll already validated.

A platform for running a sand-dredging operation on the Paraná River: the captain logs each trip from the vessel, the office validates it and it feeds payroll and overtime. It adds trip planning, fleet maintenance, purchasing, stock and sand quality.

The problem: Payroll run in Excel, from paper.

Every sand haul was written down on paper. Those sheets were printed, typed into Excel by hand and only then sent to administration to run the crew’s payroll.

  • Manual data entry. Every trip and every sand haul was copied by hand from printed sheets.
  • Fragile payroll. A crew member on two vessels the same day, or a trip shared between captains, could be counted wrong.
  • Administration waiting. Running payroll meant collecting and reviewing every vessel’s spreadsheet first.
  • Everything else, by hand. Maintenance, purchasing and sand quality were also tracked in spreadsheets and messages.

The solution: The trip is logged on board, and payroll comes straight from it.

An app that works in the office and on the captain’s and technician’s phones: the data starts on the vessel, is validated once and feeds payroll.

  • Captain app on board. The trip guided in six stages, with time and GPS: extraction, arrival, unloading and crew, with no paper.
  • No double-counted crew. A crew member already on board can’t be assigned to another vessel the same day, and if two captains share an unloading, the trip is split by what each one did.
  • Validation & payroll. Administration validates each trip and it’s ready for payroll and overtime.
  • Trip planning. One trip per shift and up to four runs, offering only the vessels and crew that are free.
  • Fleet maintenance. Work orders, preventive plans by days, hours or trips, and spare parts that update stock.
  • Purchasing, stock & quality. Purchases with double approval, stock with reorder points and grain-size analysis with a PDF report.

What changed the most: Faster turnaround and automatic records.

Every trip is logged on board, with time and GPS, the moment it happens. Nobody types paper into Excel anymore: administration validates and payroll comes from data that’s already there.

  • Automatic records from the vessel
  • No manual entry from paper
  • Faster payroll with no double counting

By the numbers

  • 6 Stages per trip: Logged on board, with time and GPS.
  • 3 Experiences: Office, captain on board and technician, in a single app.
  • 16 Modules: In the office, plus 7 for the captain and 6 for the technician.
  • 8 Automatic notices: By email, from the work order to the received purchase.
